Walk into what is

Let go of all fear. Let go of all guilt. Let go of it all! Let go of whatever was and walk into what is.

The words could have been from any of the self-help books out there. But they're not. They're from a trainer during a boxing match in the movie Creed 3.

Nevertheless, words of wisdom.

Our fear and guilt weigh us down and prevent us from living up to our full potential. We are afraid of failure, of not being enough, of not having what it takes, of being disappointed, of making a fool of ourselves…

"Let go of whatever was and walk into what is.".

That's what it's all about.

Of course, what was is an important part of who we are. It's our constant life coach who teaches us to grow on every level. But we don't need to actively remind ourselves of it here and now. It's there, in the background, doing its job for us. That's enough.

We learn from the past, and we have future goals and ambitions, but we put the main focus and energy on the present. That's how we go from failure to success.
