The richness of blogging
Alexandra Wolfe was interviewed in the latest issue of People & Blogs. When asked “Financial question since the Web is obsessed with money: how much does it cost to run your blog?” she replies:
The web might be obsessed with money, but I’d say most bloggers are not.
That’s so true. It’s one of the things that makes blogging such a wonderful thing.
We blog because we love to blog.
We use simple tools or even create our own. We write about what’s on our minds, not what will generate the most traffic.
We share our stories and we take part in others. Even if we live worlds apart and might never meet, we often feel more connected than with the person next door.
We give and receive inspiration and motivation from each other. Not as a means to an end, but simply by being bloggers. It’s something that grows naturally.
It’s the richness of being a blogger.
